Nothing. Zero. The machine, installation, inventory, maintenance, and software are all covered by Smacker Vending LLC. All you provide is wall space and a standard electrical outlet within 6 feet of the install location.
Every Smacker machine has a built-in ID scanner that verifies age (21+) before dispensing anything. The machine will not release a product without a valid ID confirmation. No staff involvement needed, and we carry full liability insurance.
We send you 15% of gross monthly sales within 15 days after each month ends, along with a transparent sales report. Payment is made via your preferred method — check, Venmo, or ACH transfer.
The machine stocks popular disposable vapes and nicotine pouches like Zyn. We adjust the product mix based on what sells best at your location. All products are legal and sourced from legitimate wholesale distributors.
We monitor the machine remotely and respond to any reported issue within 48 hours. All repairs are fully on us. If a machine can't be repaired quickly, we bring a temporary replacement so your revenue isn't interrupted.
No. Our partnership agreement is month-to-month. Either party can end the arrangement with 30 days written notice. We remove the machine within 14 days and pay out any remaining revenue owed. No penalties.
No additional licensing is required from your side. Smacker Vending LLC holds all required Indiana tobacco retail and vending licenses. The machine operates under our license. Your existing permits are sufficient.
